NYC High Rise Condo

Our clients who live in a High Rise Condo in New York found that the condo was limited in closet space as well as lighting. The existing closet within the master bedroom was demoed and replaced with a custom millwork closet that was better suited for the needs of the owners. The walls were also changed from white to a textured gunmetal gray to give more character to the space. Also with living within a high rise, there are concrete slabs used for structural integrity that would not allow for lights to be installed. As a solution to the problem, the additions of custom trey ceilings were added to not only install the lighting fixtures but also to hide the electrical wiring to make for a clean minimalistic design.
